Robert Sosin

Senior Conversation Designer / AI Experience Strategist

Hi, I’m Rob. I design intuitive conversational systems that build trust between users and major brands.

From GenAI assistants serving 100 million users to award-winning voice experiences, I build the frameworks, flows, and voices that make AI feel human and trustworthy.

I won 12 ProMax/BDA awards for excellence in designing promos and emergent media marketing campaigns for properties like South Park.

Futurama series creator Matt Groening liked my promo so much he used it as an actual opening for an episode.

The Kung Fu Panda: Paws of Destiny voice game I made for Dreamworks and Amazon was nominated for educational voice game of the year at the 2019 VOICE awards.

The voice drop I worked on for the Nike Adapt BB sneaker netted 3 Bronze Cannes Lions and a Silver Clio award.

I've spent my career at the intersection of brand voice and conversational AI — first as a Creative Director, then as a Conversation Designer at Amazon, Walmart, and Sam's Club.
